POWER OF ATTORNEY

A Power of Attorney allows you to authorize a person to handle your affairs in the event you are unable to do so. A Power of Attorney is a very important document that every person should have on hand to combat unexpected life events that could cause you to become incapacitated. If you become incapacitated without a Power of Attorney in place, the only way someone else can handle your affairs is through interdiction (a costly and lengthy process that can be avoided by having a Power of Attorney in place prior to becoming incapacitated). If you want to plan for the unexpected, you need an experienced attorney who can help.

Contact Ethan Arbuckle and let him help you draft your Power of Attorney.
